PayrollGrove comes from Shield Management, a managed services provider that hosts, secures and supports small businesses. Our clients kept asking for payroll they could trust, priced without games. So we built it on infrastructure we run ourselves.
Our story
From managing IT for small businesses to running their payroll.
As an MSP, we see how small companies actually run: an owner doing payroll at night, an outside accountant juggling a dozen client logins, and sensitive employee data scattered across email and spreadsheets.
The tools available either hide their prices behind sales calls, or keep raising them while moving basics like multi-state payroll and permissions into higher tiers. And very few treat payroll data with the security it deserves.
